About Laima
Begin with Intention
Healthcare should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in prevention — not rushed or transactional. At Laima Primary Care, we believe meaningful care begins with intention: listening carefully, understanding the full picture, and creating a plan that supports your long-term health and well-being. Our approach blends evidence-based practice with compassionate care designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and truly empowered.
The name Laima (LYE-ma) comes from Baltic mythology, where she is associated with fate, well-being, and the path a person walks through life. Laima symbolizes guidance, balance, and the idea that our choices and experiences shape our future over time. The name reflects my belief that healthcare is not simply about treating illness, but about supporting the long-term health, resilience, and well-being of the whole person. It also speaks to the importance of living with intention — creating habits, routines, and care that help patients move toward their healthiest and most fulfilled lives
